Full commission opportunity, but with a Bi-weekly draw against future commissions. Our average annual sales person wage is between $55K and $65K a year. This retail sales job is a 5 day a week position, with Sunday and Mondays off most of the year. People who love boats, ATV's, Side X Side's, and motorcycles will love this great job opportunity. Parts Sales Representative (Springdale)

We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Work cash drawer
• Order and receive parts orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
