| Hi all, First let me say that the overall experience of dealing with Bradford Marine in the purchase of my Can-Am Spyder was quite enjoyable !! Tony Young, the Bradford Marine Power Sports Team Leader was my salesman, and was most informative and helpful through the process !! Tony is also a Spyder Ryder, and was able to answer the questions I had regarding this fine machine, as well as pointing out items I couldn't have known to ask about !! There are some real differences between riding a Spyder and a conventional two-wheeled motorcycle, and Tony provided great information regarding these......... He was a huge help, and has been readily available to help with any questions I've had since my purchase back in October !! Terry Gossett is the Parts/Service Manager, and he also has been great to deal with !! I had accessories ordered which were backordered, and Terry followed up and kept me informed as to their status. (..........and he did it without any shown irritation regardless of how frequently I called !!! Pretty good !! ) I was notified immediately when my parts came in, and scheduled in promptly for their installation !! Troy Cross is my service technician for my Spyder. I first met him when I brought my Spyder in for its initial service at 600 miles. Service was performed promptly as scheduled, and Troy talked with me afterwards as regards any questions or concerns that I might have. I felt very confident with the service provided, and the personal attention !! Overall, the people at Bradford Marine instilled confidence in me with their positive demeanor, and their attention to their customer. I would highly recommend doing business with Bradford on that basis alone !! As to the Spyder, let me just say that it's a marvelous machine !! Safety and stability, and the innovation employed in the design of this machine would simply sell itself !! Bradford Marine's exemplary staff did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining to me the capabilities and benefits of the Spyder, and I have been completely satisfied with the entire experience with both Bradford Marine and the Can-Am Spyder !!  I'm in my early 60's, and had foregone riding two-wheelers thirty-someodd years ago.The arrival of the Spyder changed things for me, due to the greatly enhanced factors of visibility, safety, and stability, and once again enabled me to enjoy the open road on a 'cycle !! My wife enjoys riding with me, as well !! She's just a kid (58) !! You couldn't hope to deal with a better group of people, and the Spyder is a dream to ride ! Joe Elrod Little Rock |
